I WANT TO KICK SOMEONE!!! 😂 I did a "home boxing program" a while back (cuz, single mom and going to a gym just isn't in the picture at this point lol so home workouts it is) but "aggressive" workouts are my fav. 😂 I LOVED the boxing even though it was just in my living room with no bag to punch or kick. I would LOVE to do a proper boxing/kickboxing gym sesh on the regular!
That moment I realize I’m both sexist and ageist because I do a double-take at the portrait circle showing a young woman that accompanies the funniest title in a long time. Sigh.
Maggie, there was a point where I did each of the exercises you recommended all at once! And when I stopped doing each one that's when things started falling apart. What a great reminder.
This was really good to hear, Maggie. I am a Yoga Person and do about 45 minutes a day, low intensity right now. Also, not a morning person. I've tried, and started hating it with a passion, not a good place for yoga. So, strangely, I do it lately around 10 AM. or 11 AM. or 12 PM. Or 8 PM. You get it. The main thing is checking it off daily or it doesn't happen! :-)
