I’m back after a short holiday with another podcast episode in which I’m responding to the following question: “How can we break behavior patterns like fear or social anxiety which are paralyzing us? How can we take the first step?”.

I talk about what helped me get out of the anxiety clusterfuck I was in while living on an island during the pandemic and how to tackle fart anxiety (amongst other things, of course).
