Obssesive is not in my life, but it is in my work sometimes, when I collect some information, I want the most information and it is time-consuming which makes me a little tired

I understand the feeling. I try to see 'failures' as lessons, and boy have I learnt 😉 We all fail a ton before we get what we want. And that is ok ❤️

A great quick pep talk! I know I’ve also struggled with trusting that things will work out, even though history has shown me that they always do. Sometimes the feelings in the moment are just so great, that they hijack the mind and completely take over. Conscious breathing in the moment where I feel the anxiety or mood shift has really helped bring me back to trusting the process

Trust is apparently one of the primary emotions that isn’t inculcated.:. Though I don’t often think of it as such. I suppose it is the polar opposite of fear. Definitely things can happen early on we may not even be able to remember to estrange that feeling from us. But anyway something I’m exploring with some curiosity recently.
