Yes! So much truth in what you wrote here.

Eat less processed food, do what we know we need to do 80% of the time, exercise a little. That’s it!

I share your “love” of gyms. I like to get memberships just so I can waste money and never ever go inside. The kettlebells were a much better investment, and they double as doorstoppers.

Your weight loss tips — “cop” two thumbs up!!

The sleep-thing is HUGE!! —- things go MUCH MUCH better with more-than-adequate sleep

And … unless I’m just too sleepy, tired, or sick, I don’t have to “feel” like exercising … just move somehow for 5 mins even if the mind is resisting … and that’s usually enough to remember how satisfying & enjoyable movement is!!!

Thanks 🙏 It is, and severely underestimated - I even forget sometimes. But breaking it down to smaller steps, 5 minutes as you said, works really well!

#truestory 💯 thank you for this! 🫶🏼I’ve finally learned that trial and error worked best for me in terms of my physical health. and…what works for me now doesn’t necessarily mean it will work for the next person (or me in my 20’s or 30’s). to each their own. I believe in indulging everything in moderation and that balance is key. 💛
